Terms of Use

1. Purpose

These Terms of Use (ToU) are intended to define the terms and conditions for accessing and using the SentraFlow service, a code analysis application accessible via the sentraflow.com website. The service allows users to analyze their source code hosted on GitHub, using artificial intelligence models.

⚠️ Beta phase: the service is offered in beta version, which may contain errors, interruptions or temporary limitations.

2. Publisher identification

In accordance with article 6 of the LCEN:

3. Acceptance of terms

By using SentraFlow, the user acknowledges having read and accepted these ToU without reservation. If you do not accept these terms, you must not use the service.

4. Description of service

SentraFlow offers the following features:

• GitHub Connection: read-only access to authorized code repositories via the GitHub API.
• AI Analysis: source code processing by artificial intelligence models (Llama via GroqCloud).
• Results storage: secure storage of analysis results (Supabase).
• Consultation: web interface to access and view your analyses.

5. Terms of use

5.1 User account

• Access to the service requires a valid GitHub account.
• The information provided must be accurate and updated.
• The user is solely responsible for the confidentiality of their credentials.

5.2 Usage rules

• The service is intended for professional or educational use.
• The user undertakes to comply with applicable legislation.
• It is forbidden to analyze illegal, counterfeit or malicious code.

5.3 Legal capacity

Use of the service is reserved for persons who are of age (18 years and over) or minors with the authorization of their legal representative (art. 1145 Civil Code).

5.4 Intellectual property

• The user retains all rights to their source code.
• SentraFlow claims no rights to the submitted code.
• Analysis results belong to the user.
• The SentraFlow interface, design and tools are protected by copyright (CPI).

6. Data and confidentiality

6.1 Data access

• SentraFlow only accesses authorized GitHub repositories in read-only mode.
• No modification of the source code is performed.
• Data is processed only to provide the service.

6.2 Storage

• Analysis results are stored securely.
• The user can request deletion of their data at any time.
• Certain data may be kept anonymized to improve the service.

6.3 Privacy policy

The processing of personal data is governed by SentraFlow's Privacy Policy, which forms an integral part of these ToU.

7. Service availability

• SentraFlow strives to maintain continuous access to the service.
• Temporary interruptions may occur (maintenance, updates).
• The service is provided "as is", without absolute guarantee of availability.

8. Responsibilities

8.1 User responsibility

• The user is responsible for the content of the submitted code.
• They guarantee having the necessary rights to the analyzed code.
• They undertake not to disrupt the proper functioning of the service.

8.2 SentraFlow responsibility

• SentraFlow cannot be held responsible for indirect damages (data loss, loss of turnover, etc.).
• SentraFlow's liability is limited to direct, foreseeable and proven damages.
• SentraFlow is not responsible for the unavailability or failures of third-party services (GitHub, GroqCloud, Supabase).
• No clause limits liability in case of gross or intentional misconduct.

9. Third-party services

The service relies on external tools:

• GitHub API (repository access)
• GroqCloud / Llama (AI analysis)
• Supabase (data hosting)

Each user must also comply with the terms of use of these services.

10. Service modification

SentraFlow reserves the right to:

• Modify or interrupt the service at any time.
• Add or remove features.
• Update the ToU, with notification in case of substantial modification.

11. Termination

• The user can stop using the service at any time and request deletion of their data.
• SentraFlow may suspend or terminate an account in case of serious violation of the ToU, with or without notice.

12. Applicable law

• These ToU are governed by French law.
• In case of dispute, exclusive jurisdiction is attributed to competent French courts.
